Return and Exchange Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
 
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
 - Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
 - Sale Or clearance are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
 - Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.) is required.
 
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at Contact Us page within the return period.
 - Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
 - Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
 - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund or exchange status
 
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.
 - Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
 - Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.
 - We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
